Misinformation Kyiv

Misinformation Kyiv portrays a somber scene, with the silhouettes of innocent individuals representing the victims caught in the midst of the chaos. These individuals symbolise the countless lives affected by the misinformation campaign, unable to escape the dire consequences of Russia’s so called “special military operation”.

At the center of the artwork stands an imposing figure: a man being shot in the street. Next to him is the representation of a child, confused and standing in his football uniform, surprised by the special military operation. This piece represents the angry old men who perpetuate and benefit from the dissemination of misinformation. They spread and go about their journey as dictators under the control of rigged elections. Their ego-driven motivations overshadow the human toll of carnage they have created, as they prioritise their own power and agendas above the lives of the innocent.
