Bio
Daryl Perry, a contemporary painter born in Fiji and raised in Sydney, Australia, is known for his captivating and expressive artworks. Daryl brings forth a mesmerizing body of work that serves as an exquisite visual portrayal of his inner realm. Having pursued studies in Fine Arts at Meadowbank Tafe in 2005 and Visual Arts at West Wollongong Tafe 2021 Daryl finally built up the courage to become a full-time artist. With a daring interplay of bold brushstrokes, dynamic compositions, and a rich tapestry of hues, Daryl manifests interesting figurative and scape abstracts, beckoning viewers into a realm of personal interpretation and profound connection. Each stroke of his brush becomes a conduit, channeling emotions and encapsulating fleeting moments of the human experience.
During his time at West Wollongong TAFE, Daryl started an artist residency and gallery to support emerging artists in the Illawarra region of NSW, Australia (130 Art Studios). Daryl is one of the residents at 130 Art Studios, a collaborative space he created to mimic his experience during his studies at Art School.

Having exhibited in galleries across Miami, Venice, and Paris in 2023, Daryl has earned acclaim for his ability to evoke profound emotions and foster a deep sense of connection with his viewers. His artistry has just graced the vibrant art scene in Spain, at the European Modern Art Museum (MEAM) and his next exhibition is in Rome, Italy October 18-25 at The Gallery La Pigna.
